Inspections/FAT/
Commissioning/Sea trials
Engage BH Marine for inspections, factory acceptance testing, commissioning and sea trials.
We perform pre-contract yard inspections, verifying quality of production processes, personnel, material storage, as well as QA and HSE systems.
We have experience in attending FAT at major equipment manufacturer facilities (main engines, thrusters, switchboards, winches, batteries etc.).
We verify contract requirements, production quality and witness equipment testing.
We participate in commissioning and sea trials, where we work with the yard and vendors to ensure final quality and functionality of the ship.
For all activities, we create reports and punch lists with actions tracked for resolution.
